A bit about me

I’d like to share a little about who I am and what brings me to this work. I’ve always been drawn to understanding people’s stories and the ways our experiences shape how we see ourselves and the world. My path into psychotherapy grew from a desire to support others in navigating life’s challenges with greater clarity, compassion, and resilience.

How I understand therapy

I believe that therapy is a collaborative and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. For me, therapy is a place to slow down, make sense of patterns, and build a deeper connection with yourself while working toward meaningful change.

What matters to me in this work

I feel especially drawn to creating a space where people feel safe, heard, and respected. I care deeply about supporting individuals through life transitions, emotional struggles, and moments of uncertainty, helping them reconnect with their strengths and values.

I got into the field of psychotherapy because I know how important it is to feel truly heard and understood. Sometimes people go through life carrying difficult emotions or experiences without having a safe space to talk about them, and I wanted to be someone who could offer that space. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves while receiving validation, guidance, and compassionate support along the way.

What I bring into the room
You might experience me as warm, curious, and grounded. I bring a sense of empathy, openness, and genuine care into my work with clients, along with a thoughtful and attentive presence.

My way of working
My style is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to your needs. In our sessions, you can expect a balance of reflection, gentle challenge, and practical tools to support your growth. I draw from evidence-based approaches while keeping your unique experiences at the center of our work.

Who I work with / What I offer
I support individuals with a range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and life transitions. Areas I often work with include emotional regulation, identity exploration, and building healthier patterns.

I primarily work with adolescents, teens, and young adults navigating challenges related to self-esteem, identity, emotions, relationships, and personal growth. I wish to use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approaches to help clients better understand their emotions, strengthen their sense of self, and build healthier, more meaningful connections with others.

Languages
I offer therapy in English.
